Caroline Philley
Caroline Philley, a Louisville native, has been a longtime lover of real estate and rehabilitation projects. Growing up she enjoyed watching shows such as House Hunters and Trading Spaces and was inspired by family members with real estate experience and design passions.
Shortly after graduating from Western Kentucky University, Caroline started her career with the Portland Investment Initiative (Pii), where she’s been since 2016. Currently the Vice President of Development, she oversees project management of new construction, rehabilitation projects, and tenant relations. This career has introduced her to the world of Commercial Real Estate and leasing, as well as overseeing new developments from the ground up. This position sparked her interests in community building, social impact work, and accessible housing.
She became a first time homeowner in 2020 and was personally introduced to the exciting and challenging world of residential real estate. Combined with her knowledge and experience from Pii, she’s excited to explore the residential and commercial sides of real estate.
As a lover of local businesses, you can usually find Caroline and her fiancé exploring one of Louisville’s many restaurants or bars, walking their dog around Germantown, or hanging out with family and friends while catching a show.
